Changes such as career shifts, relationship challenges, loss, or major life decisions can bring uncertainty and stress. Counseling can provide support and guidance as you adjust to these changes.

Trauma, Addiction & Emotional Healing

Session Options

In-person Sessions are available in person for clients who prefer face-to-face support in a comfortable and confidential setting.

Telehealth Virtual sessions are available for clients who prefer the convenience of meeting from home or who live outside the immediate area.

Faith-Integrated Counseling

My work is grounded in a Christian worldview that recognizes the connection between emotional health, personal growth, and spiritual life. Counseling provides a space to explore life’s challenges honestly while also considering the role faith can play in healing, resilience, and renewed hope.

Rather than separating faith from emotional well-being, I believe both can work together to support meaningful and lasting change. After all, healing is not complete without Jesus.

Theraputic Approach

My work integrates evidence-based counseling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with faith-integrated counseling. I also draw from my background as a Certified Life Coach trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients develop practical tools for change and personal growth.
