Dawn Taylor, LMHC
I’m Dawn Taylor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Caterpillar Counseling LLC.
I work with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and seasons where faith feels distant or difficult. My approach is both clinically grounded and deeply rooted in a Christian worldview, not as an add-on, but as the foundation.
My work integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with faith-based counseling. I also draw from my background as a Certified Life Coach trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients develop practical tools for growth and change.
I believe healing is a process, much like transformation. What feels like a breaking point may actually be the beginning of something new.
